few questions...

Hi.
I'm building my first autoblog, for now just as an experiment.
I got a few questions:
I'm using RSS + youtube as sources for my posts, but it's difficult to find RSS with full content, so I'm using yahoo pipes. However, I'm scared because they may stop working if the format of the RSS/website change.
How do you maintain control of your autoblogs? say, if something bad happens, how do you know it?
Also, do you think is a good idea to rewrite those posts? Is there a good plugin for this?
Also, I'm not posting comments from youtube because I want the blog to look "natural", and I don't have replies to my RSS-based posts. Is there a plugin to post random comments?
Right now I have ~30 posts, and my blog is only 2 days old, and wprobot is set to post every ~12 hrs. in 8 categories (i.e., 8 posts every 12 hrs., not all at same time), but with no comments at all, this looks strange. is this bad in some way? I mean, my blog gets visited only by bots, and with that number of posts, this is "unnatural" for me...
Finally, Twitter tools is not working for me. I think it's because they changed the authentication process. Is there a replacement for this plugin?

Your question about maintaining control of the autoblogs, it's very vague. A million things can go wrong, you just need to know your system in and out. If something goes wrong, I'll usually know either because traffic drops, site doesn't load, posts not working, etc.

Rewriting posts can be good, but it's not always necessary. There are plugins available to help like wpunique, just search around the forum. Same with the replacement for twitter tools, lots of free solutions available just test a bunch out and see what fits your own needs. What works well for me may not work well for you and vice versa.

I know that things can go wrong, that's why I asked "vaguely". Do you check your blogs/stats daily/weekly/...?

I'm thingking about adsense, that's why I'm asking if it's necessary/good to rewrite the posts.
