Few questions regarding web 2.0 (tier 1)

So I'm about to create my first set of web 2.0's as T1 but I have a few questions:


  • Does the name of the web 2.0 property (mostly subdomain i suppose?) matter? Should I try to go for my keyword, brand or something random?
  • I was thinking of using one manually spun article (atleast 3 sentence rewrites) and use it for all my T1. Is this enough or do I need unique articles?
  • Are there any good blueprint for how many T2 links you should have per T1 and how fast you can add them?
  • When pointing my T2 to T1, should I target the root domain or the post url?

Ultimately it probably doesn't matter. If it does have any effect, it is likely a very small one

I wouldn't recommend this. It's better to have content that is "relatively" unique, which means not using the same spun article more than a couple of times. If you are creating dozens of Tier 1 sites one spun article will not be even remotely unique

Target the post URL in my opinion

Like Oinky222 said, the subdomains dont really matter. But if you are really concerned, you may opt for a random name that is connected to your niche but doesnt reveal your brand.

And yes, I personally wouldn't go the spun article way for my first tier. That's where you gotta try to have high quality content. Maybe use 5 to 6 articles at least across the whole tier.

I point to the root domain and not the individual posts because all my Tier 1 web 2.0s have at least 5 to 6 posts. Its tedious to link to the individually.

5-6 articles or do you just add in images or similar?
 
Do not spin anything for web 2.0 content because this is going to be some of your cleanest links and a critical
part of your tier 1 link structure. The domain of the web 2.0 does not matter to much but the content does.

Well how many web 2.0's do you usually need to rank an untargeted keyword?

I mean getting that large amounts of unique articles just for t1 sounds pretty expensive or time consuming
 
It should be going to the post URL. You don't want to promote "hubpages" you want to promote YOUR CONTENT on HubPages

Don't bother by the small stuff take your article rewrite it in 5 min post to a web 2.0 get it indexed by social bookmars set up your t2 why everyone make SEO so complicated? U think google care about how good your aticle is? you think google bot can see the difference between a readable/good and bad article? Just make it unique/semi unique and you are fine don overcomplicate it. Make web 2.0's post rewrite article make sure the post is shown full on the home page send bl to home page easy?

Do you link to "yourweb20name.wordpress.com" or to "yourweb20name.wordpress.com/article-with-link-to-your-money-site" ?
As link to one particular page will transport more juice than link to root of your subdomain, because you posted for example 5 posts (one with link to your MS, others just as a filling), but it looks more spammy, right?
Well.. I just don't know.
 
You will link to inner pages, as well. Link to the main site on a couple, and link to inner pages on others. The inner pages seem more realistic, since the main domain of your money site may or may not update more frequently. Does that make sense?

Yes, SEO is not a complicated thing, that is why all people doing it is banking and successful. And No, Content is not important. The phrase "content is king" has no sense at all.
 
Google ranks pages, not domains. You should make all your T2 links go to your web 2.0 properties. That way you have control over your tier 1 links. Basic link building 101.

As far as the content Google can't tell if your article sucks or not. It can tell if it's the same. There are plenty of free spinners out there. Go to ezinearticles and take one from there, spin it and repeat. Don't be lazy, grab a few, spin a few and make some decent T1 links.

That's what I wanted to know. The post is visible on root page, but it could go away as you add more and more posts, but yea - 50% T2 links to post, 50% T2 links to root page, that should work :) Thanks

So you think SEO and making money goes hand in hand? SEO and Monetizing a site is different story my friend lol you can be the best seo in the world but if you don't know how to monetize you will still live in the basement of your mom
