Few questions on Web 2.0

I am thankful to BHW community as i learnt so much from it.I had few doubts about Web 2.0.
1.Is it necessary to use proxies while creating and posting on Web 2.0 to protect us from footprint tracking by google?

2.If yes to first question whether we have to use different proxy for each type of web 2.0?

3.Whether we have to use different email id for creating each different web 2.0 platforms?

4.Can we use exact anchor text keyword from Web 2.0 to our money site?

5.Link from Web 2.0 covering different niches (including my niche ) or web 2.0 with single niche is better for ranking our money site with link from web 2.0?

6.What are the top 10 web 2.0 in 2017 to work with building links?

no proxies if you don't do mass web 2.o creation.
different email on different platforms are not necessary you you just make 1 on each platform.
you can use exact but look for the total kw distribution on your page .... so i would not recommend it.

1. no 2. no
3. if you use the same web20 property twice, then use a different email the second time, and third time, etc
4. yes unless it is porn gambling etc where you can be flagged as spam
5. does not matter too much, but better if your web20 subdomain (URL, tittle) relates to your niche
