Few questions about online games sites

I consider to set up an online games site. I have few questions:
1. What is the incentive for the free games creators, I mean what do they gain from creating those simple free games.
2. Same questions about the games providers. you can use plugins to import thousands of games from those providers. what is the gain for the ones who distribute them? Is it the ads when games are loading? or the ads belong to the Online games sites who import those games from the providers?

Any answer would be greatly appreciated!

But OP asked about free games. I understood them to be like Tetris and stuff.
