1) Most of my content will be random "funny" shit from the internet that circulate around different boards and photo sites. Any notable legal trouble that I should be afraid of? I'm willing to take something down if asked (for stuff like old clips from TV shows).
2) Is getting a DMCA ignoring hosting bit of an overkill as I'll be doing the same stuff pretty much everyone else does, nothing too shady or black hat (content-wise).
