Few Mailing List Questions

Hi, I recently just built a mailing list of 1600 prospects in my niche that are active buyers. I signed up to mailchimp yesterday, imported said list, started a campaign, and designed my newsletter. Now, with this being my first time ever sending out a newsletter (especially with hopes of conversions and sales) there are some questions I have. Do I just send it to all 1600 prospects at the same time? Or do I drip-feed it by the hundreds for a few days? I'm not trying to end up in spam filters early on. Anything else I should take into account being a first-timer?

Drip-feeding would be a good option + easy to check and balance. So this way you will be able to measure the success.
