Few IG questions

Hi all,

Decided to switch to Insta as my main source of income - been working on a new method and looking to scale it.

Can anyone recommend a good supplier of aged PVA accounts? I can see valar is the biggest supplier on here it would seem but heard mixed things.

Also quick question relating to growth - how many posts on average are you posting are you guys doing a day... Normally I stick with 1-2 max to try and maximise engagement but I've noticed quite a few accounts lately which seems to be posting 5-7 posts per day, which seems madness to me.. wondering if theres some method to the madness which I'm missing

Sorry to bump my own post but having done some further research I've kind of answered my own question which leads to another question so instead of creating a new thread thought to just add onto this one... Seems a lot of aged accounts have been banned over the past week or two, including two of my own, didn't notice until today (total laziness!!). Think I'm going to stick to creating my own for now...just leading on from this though has anyone had any issues with PVA from phones in a different country to the proxy used on the IG account?

My proxies are mainly USA and central Europe but my PVA method is using UK numbers.
