What you intend on doing is called Cloaking, though at its basics, but still cloaking. If you want to cloak, you need some advanced Cloaker that is always up-to-date. 3. Recently, FB bans accounts running white hat offers too. They have updated their algo making it more strict, so, there is not a straight forward answer to your question. Aged accounts are always better, but, then again, there are several types of accounts: private, biz, agency etc. Some claim to have issues running ads on fresh accounts, so, they age them (adding friends, likes, posts etc), but, I have never had issues running traffic from scratch. So, you better practice and find your golden path cause, there is nothing like learning the hard way.
