Few BH related questions

I often read great posts from great authors on this forum and I want to thank them but I don't have enough thanks to give.

* How do I get more thanks so that I can thank people? Can it be purchased?
* Where can I read about member levels? (When do I lose the newbie status?)

And I guess no, the thanking limit is the same for every member and you will have to wait for 24 hours to get the limit reset and then you start thanking other people once again.
