Hi,
I have a tech blog and every time i write a post, to get it indexed i use fetch as google from wmt. It is faster but It is ok? Or should i let google index my posts ...

Unless you spam it multiple times on the same page it does not hurt.

It's fine, but boring as hell imo. I'm sure you'll get indexed pretty quickly anyways if you try something like this:

Yeah there probably isn't much point in doing that. Just adjust your sitemap change frequency, you should index the next day. http://www.sitemaps.org/protocol.html

Nothing wrong, you can fetch every time when you post new article. Once Google started indexing your blog regularly, then you don't need to fetch, it will automatically index faster...depend on how frequency you post your article on blog. If you post daily 1 or 2 articles with in a week it will automatically index once you post in blog
