Also, i have found somewhere on the internet a version of Flatsome Theme that has a code that end on september 14-th, i dont know what's going to happen after that date, will i be able to use the Theme after that date?
If i will install another version of Flatsome Theme, what is going to happen to my site? Should i build it from the beggining?
Or should i just copy the Code from the Theme you provide (but i guess are different versions...)

You should consider XenForo with a gaming template. You're able to setup competitions with 3rd party plugins.
It's really easy to do.

1) Sorry, the Ali Dropship plugin is the only plugin I know for dropshipping. Other plugins are outdated or not working anymore.
2) The Flatsome theme is downloaded from ThemeForest; they provide lifetime licenses, so I am not familiar with a kind of code that will have an expire date.

W3 Total cache is the best caching plugin IMO.
For security, use Wordfence.
