Sad they are reverting to surgical modification, but I am a big fan of smaller breasts! I believe small breasts are normal and the average Cs and Ds mean most women are too fat in most cases.

Can you expand on that, does that infer if they are big and fat up top - one will find they are bigger and fatter below the waist line too?

I am puzzled whether this is general as I am told they can in the 'nether loins' be bigger and wider than the Mersey Tunnel!
