Don't forget, after the the service you order is completely delivered, you'll have to go through a google dance which can take 2 to 4 weeks. Pretty frustrating indeed, but patience is key.

onsite seo has to very tight these days to rank, some blog sites that I have, just have pretty tight onsite with very little effort i can rank for easy to medium keywords. Make sure ur onsite is tight, use lots of social signals and build links to your natural tier 1 links. Social seo is becoming a heavy ranking factor, some of the big wigs in the white world said 6 months ago that link building would be obsolete, i dont think that will ever be the case, however the search engines are going nuts over social signals, just a fact of life, adapt or die.

Be patient and consistent and build more backlinks also. Have you used highly rated services from aged members here?
Hahaha, months? Tell me which services you used, so I stay away. I see usually see results in 3 - 5 days.

The movement you see from backlinks is relative to your niche's competition, the relevancy/power of the links you received, when they crawled and how they compare to your existing backlink profile. For example, if you have many web 2.0s in your backlink profile, getting new ones from the same sites will likely be far less powerful.
