I have a nice nest egg of cash to start an online business but I'm feeling totally overwhelmed.

Affiliate marketing vs dropshipping
This is one area I'm struggling with, do I go into affiliate marketing or dropshipping?

Clickfunnel vs Shopify
HUGE issue for me. What one should I use and why? Clickfunnels is so easy to set up and looks like it will convert amazingly but all the templates look like its more for courses and software instead of products. It can be hard to get a nice looking website with shopify even with paid themes, they either never look right for me or they load slow.

Traffic
Everyone says content brings you traffic but how do you get people to see the content you make?

Blog vs store
Should my home page be a blog or should it be a store / funnel?

How will I be different?
If i'm not creating my own unique product how can I be different? Why will anyone buy from me if i'm selling the same product as everyone else.

I know you get these questions a lot but i'm feeling totally overwhelmed and just need a level headed person to break it down for me. My overthinking is leading me to doing nothing when I could be getting stuck in and making money.

Affiliate marketing vs dropshipping

Depends on your need. With dropshipping you earn much more, but it's also more time consuming and you need to handle several things. With affiliate you earn much less but you basically only need to handle the article writing and SEO pretty much.

Clickfunnel vs Shopify
It depends on your strategy... if you only plan to sell a specific product with upsell, go clickfunnel. If you want to setup an whole store, go shopify

Traffic
Several ways, search on this forum

Blog vs store
Blog if it's affiliate, store if it's a store

How will I be different?
Hard to say, it depends. You need to study your competition. If your competitor is Amazon, then change the niche because you simply can't compete.

You want something sustainable?
Create an affiliate site and grow it for long term- I'm talking about 3-5 years

It's the longest way to make money, as you'll get some cash after 3 months or longer, but everything then is all 'passive' > pump more content w/ right KW's > more cash

Cost:
Hosting mo/ - $10<
Themes - $175 One time payment via @Festinger vault - best purchase I've made ever since
Branding - $Free-$100 - either hire a designer for your logo and aesthetics or just create your own
Content - $Free, write it yourself

To sell online/offline you don't have to be different unless you're in a veeery competitive niche. That's a huge misconception I had as well when I started online. We just need to fulfill the desire and demand of the market. That's basically it.

Sure, when building a brand then it makes sense to have a strong USP. But it's not a necessity for making sales in the first place.

Start with affiliate marketing or CPA - you just have to promote someone else's product and drive traffic.

Once you have that mastered, then move on to your own store. There's a lot more to get overwhelmed with on store like payment processing, shipping & logistics and customer support - not to mention getting traffic and converting it.

There's more money in having your own store and product, but if you're overwhelmed at the start - go small, sell someone else's product so you only have to worry about promotion and driving/converting traffic.

When you have success with that then you can branch off on your own.

Start with an affiliate site and get the feeling of how is it to deal with SEO and content creation.
Later, you can apply those fundamentals to a dropship store. It will be the same just adding logistic and freight to the equation.

Both have the either side. However both affilate and dropshipping are decent on current market. so no need to overthink at beginning. Believe and start with your skill which match the most...
