Feeling depressed when I'm not making more money.

It's kind of the same for me. It's always relevant.

For example the first time I made 1000$ in a month, I was so happy. When I made 10000$ in a month I was so happy. When I fell off in rankings and got back to 5000$ a month, I was depressed. The human pshycee :) just keep going.

Yeah satisfaction is always just around the corner until you turn the corner...

As the title says,
I feel depressed when I don't make more money, currently I'm making around $xxx per day, I know for some members it's good, but it's not good enough for me. I want to start doing other methods, but I just don't know where to start. Anyone feel the same way? I feel like I've hit a brick wall..:frusty:

An unguided journey can sometimes be very rewarding, even if you don't exactly get to that place where you want to get to in the end.

How much are you after in terms of money? Can you give me an exact number?

Exact number would be around 3k~ a day. That would be really good. :)

So just over a million a year would make you happy...sure. It's good to want to strive to be better, but at some point you'll realize money is not what creates happiness.

I enjoyed playing games, but I got so good at them, it made me depressed to play them anymore. I just couldn't stand people playing bad, playing by themselves the whole game, then blaming the team for losing. It was a good way to get rid of 1500 hours of my life. Was fun while it lasted, now I can't stand anything related to DotA 2.
I enjoy studying new things, but if I do take a break, feel too bad not making any money from it.
I'm just a greedy motherfucker, and I'm blaming myself for not making more. No one will do it for me, only me. I've been like that all my life, I never depended on other people, I try to be a team-player by my self.

I don't know dude.. from what I've read so far is that a lot of people in this thread think you're way too greedy or you've got unrealistic goals and will never be successful. Seriously though, IMO this is the mentaility of a winner. I can't see anything wrong with the way you think or the way you want to live your life. If this is truly what you want then all I see is a person who is determined to reach is goals at all cost. I like it.
I'm not quite there yet, but I'm in the process of becoming it you could say.

Same shit as when a girl posts "I'm so ugly OMGaaaaaaash"

If you really cared about it you would have set objectives and would be fighting to get them, not seeking for attention.

I don't mind them thinking I'm greedy, because I am greedy. My goal is money, and that's realistic enough for me. I'm not saying I want to go to the moon, I just want to earn enough so I wouldn't care about spending some on basic stuff.

So basically spending money is stressful to you, and you just want to reach a position where you are comfortable buying things without stressing about the fact that those purchases aren't going to bring you more money? Not everything is an investment bro...I mean we gotta eat, gotta shit, gotta kick back and enjoy some PAID entertainment every once in a while. I definitely feel you - I hate spending money that isn't going to yield any ROI (ie; Chicken and Bacon McWrap?) but in reality this money is only good for buying things - the only value of money is the goods and services it can be exchanged for. When you don't use it, then it's value is really worthless IMO.

You are still young but not a kid and you should not be ''crying'' because of not exceeding your $xxx a day. If you hit a wall try to jump over it. If wall is too high bring a ladder. If ladder does not help try to dig under it, etc etc. You got my point, right? Rather focus on finding a solution but not on the problem. Be grateful for what you've got and enjoy the process. You will make it

There's a million ways to make money online.

Why don't you just pick another way of making money? Or do you want us to spoonfeed you?

It's not that hard to research and look for another money making method.

Instead of being depressed - find other ways and means to increase your earnings. There are so many
available resources here :D

Hey, don't be that. Everyone will have the same feelings like you when they cannot make the enough money.

What are you working with? And what do you have now? Let me see what can I help you with you business.

Maybe I can think out some good ideas for you to improve your revenues.

But first, tell me how much will satisfied you?

I don't think anyone could get satisfaction for what they have now or for what they are getting currently. All wants more..and that's the human nature and its good too. That's the only thing why people forced to work hard.

just take a few days off can cool off. Obviously you are doing pretty fine for yourself if you were to get to the point where you are and are beginning to burn out.

Get education, get a job, IM will not make you rich ... or make your income stable for years! I don't relay on IM, I'm happy when I earn additional $$$ but that's all. Offline job can bring you average 3-5 k or more for sure ...if you are smart of course
