its makes a RSS/ATOM feed on you blog -- from various feeds --

in simple terms its a RSS / ATOM feed aggregator.

it is used to make updates appear from various feeds on your blog.

A blackhat member suggested me this plugin.Am not understanding how this plugin helps.If i post from these feeds wont it be like copying others content?

No it wont be copying actually. just gathering news.

make a twitter account and actually notify that they have been listed .
