No, it is not free. It will force you to pay for the API code: $79 USD a month. The https://wordpress.org/plugins/cybersyn/ plugin uses the same full text extraction algorithm, but it's... absolutely free.

Once again: full text extraction is not free. It's a "premium" option which uses freeware GPL code. Why somebody has to pay for a FREEWARE code? $79 USD a month? Is that a joke? The CyberSyn plugin does provide this feature right our of the box for free.
