The only site which is worth submit RSS feeds for indexing is feedlisting and it seems like the site is down, any other rss feed directories like feedlisting that you recommend? Thank you!

feedlisting is still down for me too... i dont get why its so hard to keep a site online

Just noticed the same thing today.. Hope it'll be online later today, just discovered the website a few days ago..

It works fine now. Maybe some hosting issues or moving hosting.

Feedlisting works perfectly fine.
