Feedlisting changed captcha and no longer allows url shortners

Just FYI this morning feedlisting changed their captcha code and no longer allow shortners such as bit.ly. So if you use them to post your xml links you'll have to do it by hand or figure something else out. I'll post any alternatives I might find.

I tried rss mixers and url shortners, got the below..
