Forum thread with member downloads look like need
~link checker ~ to check whether the link can be use or not
~mirror maker ~ mirror the download link to media fire or rapidshare
~Software checker ~ check the software working or not,virus or not by virus total
~recommendtator ~ help with how to use the software and info.. some of them are now with info...

I think the Downloads Section gets enough attention as it is. Most of the things there are crap anyways. Do you want linkcheckers, mirrors, recommendations ? Kindly go visit a warez forums.
