I understand that I am a Newbie level member and hence I have restrictions in sending PM messages. I need 15 posts and then I will get the option to start a new conversation
However, since I posted a WTB, I want to PM the Jr.VIPs who replied in my WTB thread and due to the Newbie restriction, I am unable to send these PMs.
I understand that a few of the Jr,Vip's who replied to my WTB thread mentioned their Skype IDs, but I wanted to start my buying process within the BHW platform and not outside, so that if incase there is any issue, I have some proof of initiating the buying at BHW.
Not every person is a spammer. And sometimes TIME is a critical factor when we need to buy something.
I wanted to buy the service (Fiverr reviews) TODAY, as only that would help me in my "Top Rated Seller" level maintenance in Fiverr. Buying the reviews tomorrow will be of no use, as in Fiverr the algorithms include things like maintaining a 4.7-star rating over 60 days,etc.
I wanted to finalize buying the Fiverr reviews today, so that my Fiverr gigs get purchased in Fiverr today for me to deliver the Fiverr gigs in Fiverr. tomorrow.
That is why I mentioned "sometimes TIME is a critical factor when we need to buy something".
So, therefore, I will end up buying these Fiverr reviews from a service provider outside of BHW. Infact I am now finalizing with that seller.
There is already a system of warning any member incase of a member spamming, correct ?
And about scamming, even if I reach 15 high quality valuable posts, what stops me of trying to scam another member via sending a PM ?
Time is a valuable thing when a serious buyer wants to buy something from a serious seller.
Above is my feedback regarding the 15 posts restriction on a Newbie with reference to getting the option to start a new conversation, a PM.

i see a simple flaw in this plan. ask the vip to PM YOU
then, you can reply to there pm. it works that way for a reason
and always has.

I understand. But, sometimes as I explained, time is critical. So, if I Skype the seller to PM me here in BHW for me to reply to the BHW PM, then mostly sellers nor me, nor you are always online in Skype, so the Skype response & BHW PM to me by the seller, may happen after many hours or even the next day.

if you make a want to buy thread and me as a VIP/EXEC replys ,
after being on bhw 15 years i can see you have 10 posts which
means i already know you cant me pm so i must pm you as a follow
up, anyone who doesnt is a bit slow....

also to get a sellers atention in a thread after they posted incase they
dont pm you just do this example @proxygo the @ b4 the name
pings that user the next time they come online to check your thread.

remember to add hay pm me.

The want to buy and the Hire a Freelancer do have some restrictions - reading the welcome pm you were sent on signing up will explain these. These sections can be extremely useful if you know how to use them and read the guides under please read stuck to the top of each section.
If you need something TODAY and can’t wait then the marketplace is for you.
