is it possible to get feedback remove? I have some experience with some company selling counterfeit merchandise and I left them several negative feedbacks and oddly enough they all disappear one after another. My friend had similiar experience and his feedback was also removed. Now I finally understand how they managed to stay 100% all these years.

    anyone else have any inputs?

    yes

If you can prove that the feedback has material falsehoods, i.e. you claim it's fake but they can prove that it was legitimately sourced from authorized distribution channel, you can get eBay to step in and remove them. Helps a lot if you're big enough that you get assigned your own account rep.

Depends on where they leave the feedback.. there are places where it won't be removed unless you pay thousands of dollars!

It's not "pay to remove", but your chances of removal are better if you appeal to someone who's job is to keep your account operational and increase its sales rather than some random dude in Philippines whose job is to get you off the phone as soon as possible.
