This "supposedly" revolutionary new software that is so powerful it will make you one of the Twitter elite overnight for $197.00??

Well....???? is it all that and a bag of chips or just hype with lots of smoke and mirrors??

I just bought it-- so I will let you guys now if I am a twitter guru over night.
 
I bought it as well...will post on how I like it over the next week. One thing though..easy to understand interface, good support, and I got a lot of traffic from it.
 
Well quick update-- I ran it for about 10 minutes last night... woke up and I have 141 followers-- can't tell you if that is good or bad as I don't use twitter regularly. So far I am not banned. Will keep pushing and report back.
 
so how does this compare to livelybrowser's program? i dont know which one to buy. hummingbird is cheaper of course. can someone who has used both give their opinion? thanks.

Small little update-- I am up to 282 followers now-- can't tell you which is better as I have never used Livelybrowsers!
 
I used the trial of this and loved it. It is 4x the price of LivelyBrowser though - trying to decide if it is actually any better!
 
is it set and forget style ? How about the traffic ? I mean can we can targeted traffic via this ?
 
Hmmm, I don't think 280 followers is a huge deal, but I am not really sure because I don't really use twitter either :/
 
I used demos of both. Hummingbirds default was quicker, yet Livelys you can select the thread time and make it just as quick.

As for 'how many followers' neither program is better or worse for that, as it is contingent on how many people follow you back. I tend to find people within my audience with 40k + followers and just automate from their friend lists.

Hummingbird is easier to use, but fromw hat I can see Lively does the same thing. Though, I'm unsure.

I'm also unsure if there is still value in these automaters once you pass 2,000 following / followers.
 
I don't think it'd be much different than livelybrowsers, plus it was being spammed all over here and digital gangster by the creator, so that calls it into question.
 
Hummingbird is automated + it KNOWS when you have unfollowed someone, not to follow them again. Or if someone has banned you.

So far got around 2200 followers. Passed the 2k mark ;D See what happens
 
I am wondering if this baby could be shared here for the bhw brotherhod. PM if any ideas please.

I have Dennyboy's program and I like it a lot. So I was wondering if Hummingbird was better. I'm thinking of buying Hummingbird but if Dennyboy's works just as good then I'll just stick to his.
 
Here my review of Hummingbird

It follows everything on a given page loaded in the program (max 20 at a time)
The best feature is the unfollow as it will unfollow only people that are not mutual followers

My biggest complaint is that it cannot proceed to another page to follow/unfollow automatically. It can only do it one page at a time, so you'd be stuck sitting there clicking Next, Follow All, Next Follow All. Boring.....

I had to use a macro to get it to automatically click the next page then follow, worked great then :)
 
Lively will automatically advance to the next page of someones followed list, so you can set it to http://twitter.com/USER/following?page=1 and it will go through as many pages as it needs to add in as many followers as you have requested.. it's a sweet feature.

Although it won't auto unfollow people that are not mutual followers automatically.. you have to manually run that.. it will then auto unfollow anyone not following you...

So far I don't really have any complaints about Lively's product, it works well...

I purchased Lively's software -- top notch. The price, support and platform are perfect for those who are technically inclined.

I looked at hummingbird and -- for the price -- compared to Lively i couldn't justify the purchase.

Also, Lively is a member of BHW and understands our perspective. hummingbird may have a very different perspective.

just my 2 cents...
 
I have only ever used Hummingbird but I found it well worth the money I made it back in less than 48 hours.
