First off I don't know if this throws a warning page for visitors.
I'm not looking to spam for signups!
I just need to know if it's working.
Does anyone see a warning page when they first visit?
I've posted the link some place but haven't gotten signups to even know if it works!

I feel like you should make the text bigger, escpecially the title. And change up the color of the title so it stands out a bit more.

no problems throughout the funnel
i think you are brave to share it here. be prepared for some criticism.

Not going to work, check samples, nowadays you need to put some effort to make people believe that, you are not a spammer. Clickbank for example.
