Feedback on HTML templates

We have built 3 HTML templates for affiliates to download and use as a starting point for new sites. We've been in the market long enough to know what works and what doesn't.

I would like to ask for feedback on them? Are we providing a good service... or wasting our time as there are already a million template providers out there?
