Ok. I am a new seller on ebay. And I have an item successfully sold to a bidder.so he has send me the monies and it is on pending. anyway, should I give the bidder a feedback after he receives the item or as soon as he send payment to paypal?

If he has sent payment and the funds are cleared then you should really give feedback straight away. If he is good in paying promptly then he has concluded his part of the deal.

i usually give fb right away after payment...especially since the seller can't leave negative anymore and it makes the buyer happy

so u mean even when payment is on pending its better give a feedback immediately?

the funds are cleared by paypal once you get positive feedback from the buyer or after 21 days unless the buyer complains about something, if you give positive feedback to them right away they are more likely to return the feedback once they receive the item.

anyway, now I have a problem. one of my goods is succesfully sold to this bidder and i tried to upsell another item to him. he asked me whether the upesell'ed item is authentic and i told him its an original copy. i know its stupid that i answered that will i get into trouble? hmm.. :sigh:

very worried..
