I am currently researching ORM and creating all of the collateral that I will need (whitepapers, letters etc) and wanted to get some advice regarding any tools or services that people use to help with ORM (review funnels, analytics etc). From my research I have found:
The Feedback Magnet website seems to be down right now (and has been a few times that I have checked) which makes me feel slightly uncomfortable. Vendasta seems like a great solution for managing a brand online (but quite expensive) and birdeye seems to be good for reputation management and analytics.
Has anyone had any experience with the above services (or others) that could give some feedback or advice?
