One of my blog has little traffic, all from mostly from Google and it is increasing but:

1- Looking at statistics below, do you think that users like the website and its content?
2- If I use paid ads to attract more users, do you think users will be more keep visiting and attract more users even when I stop the paid ads?
3- If I want to sell it, what can be the cost of this blog website?

1. very good stats. If that traffic is real you should keep the site... or sell it, whichever you choose. But the point is that the site is good...
2. nope
3. well, that's hard to say as it depends on a lot of things like niche, domain name, SEO value, income, etc...

Sites usually sell for anywhere between 15x to 75x or more (but normally for 24x to 36x) the monthly revenue, so you'll have to check the revenue of the site for the last 6-12 months, make the average and multiple by at least 24x and that will be your base asking price. And to that price you would add other things like...

- niche (sites in money-oriented niches like business can sell for more money than sites in niches like... I don't know, entertainment and gossip for example...)
- SEO value (does the site have lots of good backlinks and RDs, does it have lots of pages indexed in google, does it have lots of ranking keywords, etc? Then you can add more money to the asking price)
- add-ons (short, catchy and / or brandable domain name, mailing list, existing partnerships for products / services, etc... all of these can increase the asking price even more)
