Feedback from thefbstore.com for FB accounts : what a NIGHTMARE !

hello guys, I normally dont loose my time to criticise or point negative experience, but here its too much : I contacted thefbstore guys via telegram, to buy a Business Manager + FB user accounts...

- Apart from the fact that the 2 links he sent me for the BM invitation didnt work, the attiude of the thefbstore guy has been unaceptable ! he disconnected from the conversation every 5 minutes...! I mean literally, look : I started the TG conversation May 28th 10:40PM, right now its May 30th, 4.30PM.....and he still didnt reply to my questions ! ! cmon !!
- He sent pieces of information and values without giving any context or procedure, I mean I need at least to be sure the FB acount will work correctly the first time I will try to logon.....
he didnt even take the time to explain.

Anyway, guys RUN far away of this company if you search FB / social media accounts. thefbstore team if you read this post, Im really disappointed and its really the first time I meet a guy too not professional !

UPDATE : OK these guys are literally scammers, its official !! after having lost my 2 last days by providing shitty FB user accounts that never worked, same thing for BM, I asked them to be refund, and since this time these fukin bastards are gone.
thefbstore teams you are really fukin clowns, I never saw that.
THANKS to user notorious.demon who provided a fully working FB account for only 19$, with which I had been able to create a BM and Ad account in few minutes, it works like a charm !

I'm not the type to waste my time writing poor experience with companies BUT this one is absolutely terrible. I've purchased a USA Verified BM With Verified FB Accounts service, where it states that I should be receiving a verified BM along with 2 asian verified accounts. I cannot explain how terrible this experience was and how you should NEVER buy from them EVER.

1. BM was NOT verified. Only the email was verified:
2. I only received 1 verified account NOT 2
3. Extremely poor support: slow replies, unwilling to help
4. Asked them to remove ad accounts and "people" which they had access to so they don't steal my data or payment methods - they did not want to...
5. I had to wait a VERY LONG time every single time I sent a support message via WHATSAPP
6. They told me to stop asking "irrelevant" questions when the questions were related to setting up the FB accounts
7. Just absolutely POOR support - Do NOT use EVER.
8. They keep saying "no issue, no issue" when there were ton of issues

If I wanted to waste more of time I would have written more poor experiences but they are just NOT worth my time. Absolutely terrible experience. if I could leave negative reviews I would. -9999/10. Do NOT use. I repeat - Do NOT use.

It's a lesson for you guys. That's what you get for buying cheap ones. Support is cheap too.
