GPT-2 is nothing, GPT-3 is somewhat have some dirty usage tricks ahead, no idea who will provide that for cheap though.

yep but the problem is price: you can get x100 times more text for the same ammount of money .

I think there are cheaper models than gpt-3 and are better than gpt-2 while maintaining costs low. For example Sensit.ai makes use of many of them.
