Fed up with Reddit!

I rely on Parasite SEO via Reddit for many niches - frankly the niche doesn't matter.

Competition will vary just like it does in every form of online marketing. Higher competition = higher upvote/account costs.

Spend 10 minutes right now searching top keywords in the niche(s) you are active in on Google. I guarantee plenty of Reddit posts will appear in page one top 10 results. Start there, good luck! :)
You are 100% right.
Just wanted to add that one has to be very subtle and careful to make sure the post stays live and doesn't look like a self promotion. Then, as you said google > reddit > website.

Target subreddits with a single moderator. Once you've compiled a list of these, check the moderators latest activity.

You'll be surprised how easy it is to find single moderator subs which are still a hive of activity but where the mod has not commented/posted for months/years.

Yeah, I was doing it at first but then decided to get 2 subreddits so i have full control.
But in another niche, i do exactly that and TBH, as you said, there are many decent subreddits where mod(s) are gone (still need to pass reddit filters though).

We do BUT as a service provider for reddit, but yeah it's harsh and require a lot of patience and money...
Yeah, it's almost impossible to make money directly on reddit. That is more to do with the culture of reddit, which is based around normal, regular people sharing views and opinions anonymously. Trying to build a personal brand through self-promotion on reddit often always leads to massive backlash from the community. You generally need to create real value for the community first before you even try to promote anything.

as a user - After they restricted mobile browsing - I switched to lemmy full time.
Never heard of Lemmy before, is it ideal for marketers? Are they strict about posting links on there,?

Reddit is just the funnel. You're converting targeted Google traffic.

the ones making money usually don’t look like marketers at all, they're promoting subtly instead of spamming offers everywhere

On reddit, i have been able to get pleanty of people to do random "work from home" jobs for me.
One post and so many apply!

I trained rookies whom i emplyed from reddit. And now they work for me as personal VA's

Reddit has worked good for me in this area.
I havent used it to sell my service till now

Fair.. fair statement, I think.
Damn did that feel more and more like the case every damn day. And that was back when I was still on Reddit, I can't imagine it improved much these days. That's not usually how things go for that sort of thing.

I don't make any money with it directly, but I do post my money assets there, either in image forms or with links directly in allowed sub forums. I don't have a lot of new assets completed, but I hope to change that over the next few years, while i build up my account. Walk then run, then be like the Flash, lol
What do you mean by money assets?

Just start your own sub reddit its so easy to grow. I got to almost 30k before they nuked it. it wasnt even due to my own activity but a deliberate competitor attack. I started another now at almost 4k subs, You just turn on auto mod everymonth to repeatedly share some thing 100% free.

For example i used an ai agent to scrape 100% free tools on theresanaiforthat it composes the reddit post and drops it on slack i go there schedule 30 post set it to repeat everytmonth...leave it alone and come back after 3months. I guarantee atleast 500 - 1k subs from then on redditors in your niche will start sharing UGC. REMOVE your auto mpsot and do things manually from there. You are now your own moderator.

This is scalable with more subreddits created this way.

It's better to make multiple subreddits and lost some in the past

Lol If all you see is Spam marketers you're probably looking at some questionable NFSW content and you're getitng hit with all the OF girls / models

An ABUNDANCE OF WEALTH is available on reddit in a plethora of ways . You just have to be creative or pay someone who is creative.

one of the subreddits I own makes around $5k-$10k a month, depending on your niche. Do not sell it. Monetize your niche, play it slow, and do not expose yourself to reddit admins
