This company really sucks, i was trying to get myself a vps server and no way i can do the payment, first i tried using my business paypal account and i didnt pass the fraud check, but they took the cash and now waiting for refund, in the meantime i tried buying directly from my credit card and again it didnt pass fraud check, and offcourse they took the cash, this is really getting on my nerves.

Anyone having similar problems?

I don't have a problem with 2co as a buyer. Sometimes your location is not matching with paypal account or credit card.
 
Another possibility, is an IP address getting blacklisted for previous fraud transactions. If you are using a proxy, I'd advice you disable it and try the transaction.
 
Do you use hidemyass vpn?

I forget to log out at times
 
2Checkout is great in my opinion.. Go with the advice people have been saying above ^^

Not sure but if you are paying by card, make sure you enter in the correct details and nothing fake.
 
Don't use VPN or Any proxy (even the so-called advanced) when you are using PP or 2Ch as a buyer.
 
Never had any problems with them, as both a seller and a buyer, except some high fees of course.
 
I dont use proxies for surfing, what i ont understand is that for my hosting company they use 2checkout and they dont give me problems, now that i tried buying a vps plan thru paypal they didnt accept the payment, but this morning my payment thru credit card got accepted! Very strange.

Btw i live in italy (but i dont think thats the problem)
 
If its not proxies I don't know what it is but I notice that 2CO pays careful attention to everything that goes on on a website using there service. They don't set it and forget it. I found this out a little more than a week ago when I decided to make use of extra pages on a service site for some CPA offers. Within 2 weeks they disabled my account. To reinstate it I had to get rid of the cpa offer. Nosy! lol
