Specifically calling out stable coins is I recall. This could be bad for tether and might actually cause something.
Could be a possible saber rattling or a tremor before the quake. I highly doubt tether or its founders could stand up to an scrutiny (tether makes up ~70% of btc trading volume). What do you guys think of this?
