Features for movies website

I have movies streaming website for Bulgarian audience. There are around10 competing sites in this niche, so I need to "beat them". Im reading this forum from a while and saw that there are many users who have streaming website. Please give me some tips how to have better streaming website.

I don’t know much about what goes on backend running a streaming site. However, I can tell you about what I’d like to see on the front end as a visitor to your site. This could give you some idea on what you need to improve backend.

1. Buffering speed - one of the most important ones for me. No one likes a movie streaming site that constantly buffers or takes ages to load.

2. Quality - Its 2019. No way in hell am I going to sit down and enjoy a 720p movie, let alone a 480p one.

3. Content - Ok, so your sites speed is great. Now give me a reason to stay on. Do you have enough movies to make me want to stay? Do you have the latest stuff? Are all content available? Are there missing episodes?

4. User friendliness - Are all your videos neatly categorised? Are they named correctly? Is it easy to navigate through your site?


5. Ads - Go easy on them.

I paid special attention to improve the buffering speed. Its loading for ~2.5 seconds now (tested from 15 different locations). Thats checked for me.

Also we are uploading newest movies with hd quality (but openload and fembed compress it..). My misson is to create website without ads and be maximal user friendly.

I thing I already did that you suggested. Im trying to made more interesting the website - I added songs feature, radio feature, forum feature. What else I can do?
