Featured Snippet factors

In my case it's a very precise keyword, a keyword of this kind "xxx promo code", the featured snippet is a table.
I rank first but the website ranking 3rd has the featured snippet even if we have exactly the same table
What could be the reason ?

look at the webpage which is ranking for the snippet, they must have some content "which are the best xxx promo code" or something similar from where the snippet would be created. You need to target all the questions around your main keyword - that results in snippet most of the time. Also, refer to Neil Patel blog - he has explained it there.

I dont really think you should follow related questions to get FS for this kind of keyword.
Obviously just copying his table won't be enough, if so everyone would do that.
Look what your page is missing that he actually is covering, again, it's not always about related questions.

For featured snippets you need not depend on only 'Question Based Answers', it can be any search term for which there is a definite answer. For example, 'Celebrity Net Worth' is one such niche where you can get snippets quite abundantly.
Apart from this, one other suggestion I can give is to include a 'Table of Contents' within your page, which will help you generate 'Jump-To' Snippets on Google, which in my experience gives you an added advantage.
