Featured Images problem

If I want to share any post of my blog to Social Media like Facebook or Google+ it doesn't show the exact Featured image of my blog post, its showing another image from another post.
I've changed theme but same problem happens. Any solution please ?

You need to look at OG tags and how to use them in your website. There is some reading here. Basically you force FB what image to look at. You can see a sample on this page.
