Featured image not showing proper on wordpress 3.5

I've set a featured image on wordpress 3.5,its not whowing properly the way its suppose to by default its showing as a rectangle here is the site www(dot)gamingcurious(dot)tk.How do i fix this i searched on google and youtub no solutions?

Hmm. Seems to me like the featured image is supposed to be a wide image like 976 by 313 and you're putting up one with an opposite ratio 369 by 560.
