What does it mean? My article's feature image ranks on 1st postion in Image Section of SERP, but article not exist under 100. Why is this happening?

It is normal. Image ranking has nothing to do with post ranking.

Your image is better optimized for the keyword in image search than your content is for the keyword on web search.
It seems Google uses different algos to rank images.

If your media is ranking on top, then your site has good authority. Your article is not ranking because your content is not SEO-optimized or you don't have enough backlinks. Considering that Google prefers your image in results, you can optimize your content to quickly improve your rankings. Once you show up in top 100, you can try to improve rankings by building backlinks and social media shares.
You may have to improve your content to make your blog ranking higher in serp. Also, your if the image quality ranked it means you have good authority.

it is normal, i have ranked many articles images on top spot on new domains, Google also knows it, and you will see after the recent updates Google has put redirect notice on images, because very few people properly optimize images, when you do, you can rank on top.
But sadly you cannot get much traffic, as there is re-direct notice.
for your article to be at better positions, you will need good articles, h1, h2, relevant internal links, external link to relevant authority site, facts and figures in your article, and decent domain authority

The high ranking of your image means that Google considers it very relevant to the query, while the article is not, so try to do something with the article
