There are so many new businesses around town.... that is going to need a website + an app.... I know this can be a great way for me to make a some cash by outsourcing to a web designer(s).

However, how would I do this safely???? Like, If I connect the client with the web designer... I won't get my cut.

However, If I take the payment from the client and take my cut that I charged extra and pay the web designer and something happens that the web designer run off with the money and never deliver. It will be stuck on me and I will get in trouble for it because I'm the one they gave the money to...

I was wondering is there anyway... I could outsource without being involved? How do we outsource safely?

that's easy. you will need to minimize your risk.
you need to get to know some reliable web designers in third world countries. that will take a long time as most of these people on odesk are retarded.
once you do that, then you start working for actual clients.
at that point, you should be ok....most of the time.
is the risk zero? no, it never will be zero because even the best contractors will fuck up sometimes.

G Translate:
"Oh good thing ................. crazy support"

lolz, WTF???

I don't think there is any risks involved. Your money won't be taken until you are satisfied with designer's work.
You place an order and then pay $100(for example) to fiverr.com.After the designer deliver the order to you and everything goes smoothly, then you give consent to fiverr to transfer original 100$ to the designer.

Get ready to loose some nerves if you are going into outsourcing

TIP: Treat your outsourcers fair otherwise you will get stuck with an unfinished work
