There are several solutions to ugliness:
1. Paper bag (for her)
2. Alcohol (for you - dosage depends on level of ugliness)
3. Psychedelics (for you - dosage depends on sticker type and size)

In an ideal world we could all face our problems and refuse to run away.
In such a world we tackle whatever challenges appear head-on.
But you and I don't live in that ideal world. This is where our picture of ourselves conflicts with how we actually behave.
My focus is more on just incremental lessons. I try to tackle the hardest part of my day every day and then learn from the experience.
Believe it or not even a 1% improvement on a day-to-day basis can yield amazing results later on.
It's all about building courage and letting that courage spread to other areas of your life.
Of course none of this happens overnight.
It takes patience and focus.
