I just setup a campaign for a website with 8 unique articles promoting different offers and an optin form on the sidebar. I get disapproved and reason says "site policy".

I make another landing page with no links on it. I get disapproved again because of site policy. WTF is going on here?

Everything is legit, I even have the keyword mentioned a few times, I have some inbound links and my pages load really fast. Plus my articles are really legit and deliver satisfaction to visitors.

My quality score is 1/10 as well but it says:

Keyword relevance: No problems
Landing page quality: No problems
Landing page load time: No problems

I'm starting to hate Google right now. never had this problem before. Any idea how I can get my ads approved?

I bought the domain a month ago. So, you mean that I'm getting a bad quality score just because my domain is new?

 I've never had this problem before

hmm, this is a strange one.

As long as you dont have any cpa offers or affiliate programs directly on that page you should be fine from your description

you need privacy policy

Code:

Im actually having close to the same problem (landing page)

I have $100 adword voucher and $50 facebook voucher
$100 adword voucher, price $10 /negotiable
$50 facebook voucher, price $5/negotiable
payment by Liberty Reserve.

I ALSO HAVE VCC for FACEBOOK Ads, so you dont need to add paypal again to your facebook ads, this is BIN Vcc and rare to find PM me for the instruction and have 2 in stock, price $10

landing page , Keyword, Ads should be relevant.

before you create Ads , check your competitor by googling xxxxproduct..
and then just copied and modify with small changes

You may also want to consider adding an "about us" and "contact" page as well. How long did you register your domain for? I've heard that google doesn't like "new sites" that have domain registrations for less than 2 years in length.

you should put some adsense code on your page as well to work out what google thinks the page is about. i.e. then you know what your target keywords/ad's are to get the quality score up with the minor amendment suggestion above...

Try adding a "contact us" and a "privacy policy" on your page. Most times than not with a lead capture page this is the issue of why it gets denied.
