Fcebook Ad account got blocked

Hello,
My Fcebook ad account blockedand i want to use my brother facebook.
Will facebook will block the account again if i use the same ip & computer to login ?
Will they block the account if i use the same credit card ?

First, you need to know why your own FB account was blocked, then you can ensure you don't repeat same mistake with your brother's Facebook account. Although I'll say in recent months, Facebook has been playing gods.
 
Just use the reconsideration form and type in one word “why?” And your account should get reinstated within 48 hours. Don’t ask me how this works, it just does.

If your account does get reinstated, remember to open a business manager and use the business manager for $10 or so and open additional accounts in your business manager, 5 accounts limit, once you’ve reached that limit, contact Facebook and request for more accounts, 800 or so, say you are a digital marketing company and you provide paid advertising for your clients, as long as all your accounts on your business manager are not suspended, you should get a 800+ accounts.
 
Be careful, Don't use same credit card. It’s the best to use one credit card for one account. And the name of account and card holders name should be same.
 
Make sure you use a new profile on your browser or clear the cookies and cache, as well as change ip address. Use a private proxy. If it wasn't an ad account, I wouldn't reccomend this but you will be immediately flagged if you run any kind of questionable ads to the review team. Fresh ips are much safer.

Do you have a link to reconsideration forum, googled it but couldnt find such a thing

just log into the account that is suspended, go to your adverts/campaign page, there should be banner type warnings on the top of the page, once if these notices should say “click here to send a reconsideration request” or something like that. It only disappears if you’ve already attempted it 2-3 times so yours should still be available. Remember, only write one word: Why?

Thanks a lot for your reply.

I was able to create a business account with my brother facebook but i can only create 1 ad account in it. Does facebook have changed their policy?
I'm about to run an ad but i'm a little affraid to get the account blocked. Do you think that a new credit card will not get flagged ?

When you first open the business manager, it will allow you to create 1 ad account, set up a small $10 limit campaign which points to one of your Facebook posts (do not do any black hat campaigns yet) so point it at a normal Facebook post, once you are billed for the first time, another 4 ad accounts become unlocked, once you get 5, use their contact form to unlock 800-1200.

You should find out why your account is blocked. If you really need to use your brother's account, you need to be very careful. The new account cannot have any form of association with the original account
