i know a site that is one time €5 payment for life and it can post images to up to 5000 groups in a session. pm me if you want the details

If you want to post to a group, first you must be a member joined. Take the user ID of the group it is usually numbers like 2878637673 or sometimes it will be facebook.com/groups/marketing-group. Take the user ID of these groups and put a @facebook. Email these email ID's and you can also attach a picture

there are many softwares in market to post in groups one of them "social media qouter" even lets you schedule posts on groups

I think most social management tools allow you to post the same thing on different goods. you can check Klout, Hootsuite or Dosocial.
