Hello,

Lately I have been getting the message when creating new facebook account


Ad Manager Error
Our systems have detected unusual payment activity on your account. As a security precaution, the payments functionality on your account has been disabled and all of your ads have been stopped. For more information, please contact us.


This only started 2 weeks ago, I use a vpn and different payment methods, and i also advertise to different websites

anybody has faced this lately or knows whats the problem behind it ?

Solved yet friend?
Yes I also had same experiences and its all still unsolved.. even they rejected my legit paypal and block the ad manager, but the account is still there
ANyone here could help us on this one? pm me like what actually payment method that will worked etc please? i really need my ads to be runningg...

Just contact them back, and ask them why they blocked it. Act stupid.

When they disabled account, they sent you an email about it... just reply back.

In my case there was a problem with the billing address of the paypal account and current IP - they where quite different, although both in US. 2 mails there and back, and it was unlocked.

I have the same problem how long you have to wait for facebook to answer you back i need to run my ads too.

you could try emailing them, asking to check for the status of your earlier query. tell them you were getting worried when they didnt respond and that your business depends very much on running those ads.

im going trough the same crap right now When i tried to ad paypal,It never went trough on my browser so Itreid the back button and now im getting this error

Because of different IP and card.
