Do yourselves a favor, and don't get an account from them.
Due to a personal delay, we could not check the accounts immediately or update the representative. After a week, we started setting up the account according to their instructions. After connecting with the Business Manager, as they said, we couldn't continue since the profile we received was Disabled due to "suspicion of Setup through Automation." - not human not real account AT ALL.
Now, according to them, "We are 8 days after / you touched the profile" excuses.
Trash service, trash accounts, and their website are not live - it's 99% a scam. Stay Away!
