Had a personal FB account made legit ads, personal information, and payment information. Tried to help a friend with their Fbook advertising and got my personal ad account locked permanently even though it was really all legit. Tried to change payment method in her account and now hers is locked. How does one get around having to provide a legal government photo id if another Fbook account was created. Are there such things as Fbook accounts one purchases?

If her account was locked simply because of billing modification, I highly doubt you'd be able to get a third party account that was payable from someone else besides the original owner.
