Use Firebug (Firefox Plugin) and you can do this by yourself.

Yeh man, its pretty easy to just nick peoples code. You don't even need firebug tbh.

Should I just view source and copy or do I need to copy and paste specific chunks of code from their page source?

basically, highlight the parts of the page you want to copy then right click and click on 'view source selection' (i think its called that). Then you've pretty much ripped it.
