fbml disabled to me?

i created a page and search for static FBMl and i didn't see the "add to page" button.
is anything wrong with my account or facebook changed?

You need to use Iframe - I had the same problem - So I switched - people were not seeing my tabs - SO I changed to Iframe welcome tab - here is the link - its much better - https://www.facebook.com/apps/application.php?id=176217385757369&sk=app_195227247178799
