That is/was the download link to FBmaxed. Check the link in the first post for the FB maxed site for info.

It is good to use if you do not know how to make a canvas page on a site a certain width and incorporate javascript, php, flash, html5, then make a custom app and add it to your fanpage.

Otherwise it isn't really all that helpful, and I know of a better service that offers what FB maxed does and it has a great FREE trial period that offers a lot.
