Hello i just recieved a popup ad that was an FBI warning page. It said blah blah you are under investogation for watching under age material or illegally downloading software, etc. You may be required by us law for up to x years in prison or a 200000 dollar fine. It was from a odd domain that didnt seem fbi related, it had my ip, and my city, my isp. It popped up when browsing xvideos. Excuse the grammar as i am on mobile. Is this real or some scam. It never asked me to pay a fine or anything. It had a white baclground with blue continents On it. I dont think the fbi would warn you if you did something like that, which I did not.

It never asked for money lile the moneypak scam. I see no benefit to the owner of the lage besides to fuck with me?

yeah its fake,it may be a virus that tell you this to take money and seriously if you are above 18 and your watching xvideos there is nothing illegal unless you are watching illegal porn

Its not the site owner, its the stupid ad company allowing bullshit ads like those. I had a website a few years back that got fucked because of an ad company allowing ads with viruses to display.

Even though google adsense is strict they don't fuck around with poor quality ads that can screw over a site owner.

Its fake. I had a friend ring me up asking about this. He was watching porn when his wife was out and this popped up and he was bricking it. I was winding him up for a while toll I had to tell him.
I also notice all the hot girls looking for sex live close to me no matter where I am. Amazing.
